Università Carlo Cattaneo (LIUC)

Commonly known as LIUC (Libero Istituto Universitario Cattaneo), this University was established in 1991. It was founded on the initiative of the Industrial Association of the Province of Varese and it was immediately recognised for its close relationships with the business world. It is a young, yet very active university.

It is situated in the north-west of Milan in the small town of Castellanza, halfway between Milan and Malpensa Airport. It is reachable from the city by a commuter train that stops at FSN Castellanza Station.
